Service Description
Loss touches us all — whether it’s the passing of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a version of life we once knew. Grief is deeply personal, and there’s no right or wrong way to process it. This one-to-one support session offers a gentle, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly about your experience of loss. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, numb, angry, or simply unsure of how to move forward, you’ll be met with care, presence, and deep listening. These sessions may help you: Express emotions you may be bottling up Feel less alone in your grieving process Reflect on memories and meaning Begin rebuilding your emotional balance — one step at a time Grief takes time. You don’t have to walk through it alone.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be booked in advance and can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
