Refund Policy

At Empower Her Space, we are committed to offering high-quality emotional support services in a respectful and transparent way. One-to-one sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or free rebooking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Once a session has taken place, no refunds will be issued as the service has already been delivered.

All purchases of gift cards are final and non-refundable. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may only be used for services listed on our website. They are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be reissued if lost or expired. If we introduce downloadable resources or group workshops in the future, these will be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you are eligible for an exception, you may contact us through our Contact Page. While refunds outside the stated policy are not guaranteed, we will review requests with care and aim to respond within 2 business days. EmpowerHer Space reserves the right to update this policy at any time, with changes posted on this page.
