Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in a cycle of stress, or navigating difficult life changes, this session offers a listening ear and gentle guidance. Common topics we explore together: Feeling emotionally drained or disconnected Managing stress or overthinking Adjusting to transitions in life, work, or relationships Processing difficult emotions at your own pace You don’t have to carry it alone. Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be booked in advance and can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
